Theheavy duty machine feet are part of our WAD75 series. They are designed for the hardware and heavy equipment industries. Each foot has a cast iron base with mounting ears. They can be used on machines such as machine tools, automated production lines, and heavy cabinets to help with leveling. This series comes in two load capacities: the M16 size can support up to 1,500 kg, and the M20 size can support up to 2,000 kg. The mounting holes are 19.5 mm in diameter, allowing the foot to be securely bolted to the machine base. The base of each machine foot is made from HT200 cast iron, a strong material that resists bending and impact under heavy pressure. Surface finishes are available in two options: the WAD75 model is zinc-plated and meets ISO 9227 salt spray test standards, making it suitable for damp environments. The WAD76 model features a black electrophoresis coating for enhanced wear and rust resistance. Screw lengths can be customized in 25 mm increments, with standard lengths of 75, 100, 125, and 150 mm. If the screw is shortened, the cut end is painted to prevent rust, meeting industrial anti-corrosion standards. These machine feet are built to last.

The mounting-ear design provides multiple bolting points, making the feet compatible with different types of machines. The screw threads are precise: the M16 has a 2 mm pitch, and the M20 has a 2.5 mm pitch. This allows machine leveling with 0.1 mm accuracy, ensuring smooth and precise operation. Each foot is also lightweight, weighing only 0.99 to 1.07 kg, yet capable of supporting more than a thousand times its own weight.
