Ball Transfer Castors

The ball transfer castors body can be made of S45C structural steel for strength or SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The main ball is available in nylon, POM plastic, or SUJ2 bearing steel, depending on the model. Nylon and POM are selflubricating, quiet, and corrosionresistant, making them ideal for clean environments. SUJ2 steel balls are harder and support heavier loads. Surfaces can be chromeplated, nickelplated, or polished for a clean appearance and long service life. These castors are built to last.

The units use a ballcontact design for true 360° smooth movement. With a friction coefficient below 0.015, they respond quickly and position accurately. Mounting fits standard threaded holes or stud mounts, requiring no extra modifications. Each unit is precisionmachined and balanced to prevent jamming or drifting.
