They come in two main types: one type has no mounting holes (models D:60, D:80, D:100A, and D:120A), and the other has mounting holes for a secure fit (models D:100, D:120, and D:150). Whether you have a small testing device or a medium-sized production machine, these stainless steel leveling feet help ensure it is perfectly level and steady.

The stainless steel machine leveling feet screw rod is made from SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the ASTM A312 standard and resists acids and alkalis. For the base, you have two options: SUS304 stainless steel with a PVC non-slip pad (available in orange or black), or a base made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel. If you use the model with the pad, lift the foot about 10 mm off the ground when moving the machine to prevent the pad from rubbing against the floor and coming off. The all-stainless version is ideal for ultra-clean rooms where no residues are allowed. We maintain strict tolerances on our turned bases, between 2 mm and 0 mm, and heights can be adjusted in 5 mm increments. Screw lengths can also be customized in 25 mm increments. If we cut a screw shorter, we spray the cut end with rust-proof paint to ensure long-lasting performance.

Feet with mounting holes allow precise positioning and provide 30% more stability than standard models, making them ideal for machines with strong vibrations. Feet without holes are better for quick leveling or machines that are frequently disassembled. Stainless steel already provides excellent corrosion resistance, so no additional chrome or zinc plating is required. Custom screw lengths are available, making these feet suitable for everything from small lab instruments to medium-sized production lines.
