Strong Nylon Base: PA66 with Steel or Stainless Steel Screw Options

 

The base of these leveling feet is made from PA66 nylon, compliant with ISO 1043-1 standards. The material provides excellent electrical insulation and vibration-damping performance.
The screw is made of S45C carbon steel. If required, customers can choose SUS304 stainless steel instead. Material strength complies with GB/T 699-2015 standards.
Depending on the specification, each foot supports loads ranging from 400 to 1800 kg, meeting the requirements of precision equipment.
There are two surface finish options:
Trivalent zinc plating, compliant with ISO 10684, offering over 72 hours of rust resistance
Electroless nickel plating, with a thickness exceeding 10 microns and rust resistance of more than 96 hours
Screw length can be customized in 25 mm increments. If a screw is cut shorter, the cut end is treated with anti-rust spray paint for protection.
