Production controls are very strict. While standard steel thickness typically increases in 5 mm increments, our base thickness tolerance is precisely controlled within ±2 mm. Screws are manufactured in 25 mm increments as standard, and custom lengths are available if needed. If a screw is cut shorter, the cut end is treated with anti-rust spray paint for protection.

Thin Rubber Pad Option: Solves Thick Pad Stability Issues

For applications requiring additional stability, D100A or D120A thin rubber pads can be added. These thin rubber pads have a Poisson's ratio of 0.5. When compressed, they do not change in volume and exhibit minimal lateral deformation. This effectively solves the issue of excessive deformation seen in thick pads under heavy loads.
The SUS304 stainless steel material also meets ISO 14644-1 cleanroom standards. Its surface is easy to clean and does not trap dirt, meeting the hygiene requirements of laboratories and high-end manufacturing facilities. It also supports compliance with relevant industry standards.
