Stainless adjustable feet provide a reliable solution for precise leveling of industrial equipment. The housing and screw of these adjustable feet are manufactured from a single piece of SUS304 stainless steel, without any additional surface coating. This design offers two advantages. First, it preserves the material's natural corrosion resistance. Second, it eliminates the risk of coating peeling or flaking over time.

Production tolerances are strictly controlled. While standard steel thickness typically increases in 5 mm increments, our base machining tolerance is maintained within ±2 mm, meeting high-precision assembly requirements. Screw lengths are produced in 25 mm increments as standard, with custom lengths available upon request. If a screw is shortened, the cut end is spray-painted to prevent rust.

These feet feature an external screw structure combined with a large-diameter base, allowing quick height adjustment while distributing weight evenly. This helps reduce vibration and wear, extending equipment service life.

For specialized applications, optional D100A or D120A thin rubber pads are available. These thin pads have a Poisson's ratio of 0.5, meaning they do not significantly change in volume when compressed and exhibit minimal lateral deformation. This effectively solves the problem of excessive deformation that can occur with thick rubber pads under heavy loads.
